With The Well Guide, I have created a platform to provide accessible and evidence-based information about mental health. What you can expect in this Substack newsletter - The Well Guide

For all community members - paid and non-paid: I’ll share a monthly newsletter. It will explore the intersection of mental health, self-discovery, and what it means to live a meaningful life. This is a collection of my thoughts and insights, current affairs as they relate to wellness, interesting articles and other wellness pop-culture recommendations. Once in a while, I hope to host open events (both in-person/virtual).

Exclusive offerings for paid community members (aka the In Sessions Community):

I will share a monthly deep-dive into a specific wellness theme each month.

  • In it you will find exclusive articles and insights on the monthly theme. As well as additional resources like self-guided exercises, journal prompts, worksheets and wellness challenges to improve your emotional health and habits.

  • Each month, you will receive a curated list of social, current affairs, and cultural content (recommendations for podcasts, books, shows, etc) to support your growth.

  • By being part of the paid community, you will be invited to a monthly 60 minute Zoom event on the theme of that month; and twice a month,- a live Q&A session.

  • And finally, I’ll share discounts to wellness products and brands that I trust and work with. You will also receive early access and discounts to other workshops/webinars and in-person events that I host outside The Well Guide; as well as digital downloads outside the membership (i.e. that are open to the public).

Beyond a newsletter, this is a community shaped by the profound discussions we are having as a society about wellbeing, socio-political trends and emotional health.  Share your reflections and engage in the discourse.
