Reclaiming Your Time and Energy
Reflection Questions:
What’s the hardest thing about setting boundaries for you?
How do you differentiate between genuine ambition and external pressure?
What activities or habits make you feel most recharged?
Reflection Exercise: Map out your current commitments on a calendar. Mark the ones that energize you in green and the ones that drain you in red. Reflect on which red commitments you could delegate, delay, or let go of.
The Myth of More
Reflection Questions:
How has the belief that "doing more makes you more worthy" shown up in your life?
In what ways do cultural, familial, or societal norms shape your views on productivity?
What moments in your life made you question the pursuit of "more"?
Reflection Exercise: Write a letter to your younger self about your worth outside of what you achieve. What would you want them to know?
Practices to integrate into your daily life
Body Check-In: How does your body feel when you push yourself too hard? How can you respond with care?
Emotion Tracking: Over a week, notice when feelings of guilt, shame, or comparison come up. What triggers them, and how can you shift your response?
Visualization: Imagine a day in your ideal life—what does it look like when your worth isn’t tied to your productivity?
